Send the page, the line, and the source.

A wrong author, a conflated PDF, a hash, or a rights label is a correction. A request to paste a copyrighted paper into the HTML is not.

Link the corpus page.
Quote the sentence that is wrong.
Give the primary source that shows the correction. A publisher page or the document itself.

The standing process is the corrections policy. Source rules sit in the source policy.
