Blockchain Lab Ops
PassOps
PassOps is a membership, an access check, or a product history a partner can verify. It is not a collectible-token project. The useful object is the record and the rule, not a token sale.
Not sold as nft development.
Synthetic products and a QR check. Not a token sale. Not proof of legal title.
Who it is for
Brands, venues, clubs, and resale desks that need a check a partner can repeat.
The workflow, before and in the demo
Before
- Access is a name on a clipboard.
- Loyalty sits inside one platform and dies there.
- A reseller cannot see a product's history.
- Partners each invent their own check.
In the demo
- A member or a product record.
- A pass a QR check can resolve in the demo.
- A benefit rule and a redemption note.
- A history a second party can read without taking the file home.
Modules
- Member or product record
- Pass and a QR check
- Access or benefit rule
- Redemption note
- Product history
- Partner check
- Campaign note
- An admin view and a verifier view
What would integrate later
- A CRM or a ticket desk would be a later scope. None is connected.
- NFC is not demonstrated. The demo check is a QR path on synthetic records.
- An energy certificate is a second demo in the same family, still synthetic.
Controls, and the limit on them
- A QR check in a demo does not prove legal authenticity in the world.
- This line does not sell a collectible token and does not run a drop.
- The least data that answers the check is the rule. The rest stays off the pass.
Commercial shape
If a pilot is later agreed, the shape is a campaign or partner-check fee. No price on this page is a quotation.
Fit scan
Exploring whether the workflow is real
The journey, the check, and a decision that a token is not the starting point.
Illustrative range if a team is later free: 1–2 weeks. Not a delivery promise.
Working demo
Needs something colleagues can click
The product-passport demo: a synthetic history and a verification view.
The synthetic demo is already on this site. A private walkthrough is not scheduled here. Not a delivery promise.
Pilot scope
Ready to discuss a limited pilot, with counsel
A written admin and verifier scope. Not a campaign you can launch from this page.
Illustrative range only after counsel and a provider are chosen: 6–12 weeks. Not a delivery promise.
Integration design
A provider or system of record is already chosen
Where a CRM or a venue scanner would sit. Not a connection.
Illustrative range for a later pilot: 3–6 months. Not a delivery promise.
Managed design
A pilot exists and someone must keep it current
Further checks after a pilot exists. Not a growth retainer.
Monthly, only after a pilot exists. Not a delivery promise.
A pattern, not a customer
Pattern, not a client: a brand wants a product history a reseller can check without a phone call. No company is named because none is claimed.
Questions worth answering first
- What must a partner check, in one sentence?
- Is this a membership, a product history, or both?
- What would still be false if a token existed and the database did not?
- Who is allowed to append history?
Nearby, and what it is not
- Energy certificate demo
A second synthetic passport: an energy certificate. Not a registry with legal effect.
Adjacent lines
What this line will not do
- Not regulated custody. Blockchain Lab does not hold client assets.
- Not payment execution. A rail, when one is used, is operated by a provider the buyer and its counsel select.
- Not legal advice.
- Not financial promotion and not an offer.
- Not an AML or KYC certificate. A demo case file is not a compliance opinion.
- Not a statement of returns. Return: Not shown.
- Not a production security clearance. No audit is claimed.
- Not a new chain by default.
- Demos use synthetic data. No real funds, wallets, private keys, or customer records.
- Business documents do not go on a public chain.
Illustrative commercial design. Not legal advice, not an offer, and not a delivery promise.
