From a leaderboard to an underwriting file

The useful system is not a ranking. It is a live view of consensus concentration by operator and beneficial owner, of cloud, geography, client and jurisdiction, of staking delegation and custodial influence, of upgrade keys and foundation dependencies, of bridges, oracles and sequencers, and of whether transactions are actually being included. A resilience score that does not move when control moves is a poster.

Banks, insurers, asset managers and treasuries deciding where to issue or settle need that file the way they need a custodian’s SOC report. The coefficient can be the first line. It cannot be the only line.
