The future argument is not which chain has the largest integer this month. It is which network can show that no small group can quietly become the gatekeeper of the value it carries. That is a higher bar than a leaderboard, and it is the bar that matters if public infrastructure is going to hold anything a regulator will recognise.
Publish the count. Then publish the correlations the count cannot see. A network that will not do the second is asking to be trusted on the first, which is exactly the habit the coefficient was invented to retire.
