Delegation is a limit, not a vibe.
A person or a firm allows an agent to act inside a scope. Outside that scope the signature should fail. The scope has to be something a later reader can audit.
What to write
The actions allowed. The amount. The time. The counterparties. What happens when the person who delegated leaves. A model that 'usually' stays inside the budget is not a control.
