Chapter 03
Compliance-native orchestration
The system worth building sits on top of the rail. A UK marketplace paying thousands of suppliers does not want a drawer full of payout accounts and a reconciliation that finishes on Wednesday. It wants each supplier verified, working capital held in an approved stable balance, a payout that fires when an invoice or a milestone is met, a route chosen because it is the cheapest compliant corridor, settlement in seconds, and a local payout in the method the supplier already uses.
Policy, tax data and exceptions stay in one operating system. The chain is a component. It is not the brand on the receipt.
