Staking
Native, liquid, and restaked are not the same position.
Native staking locks the asset under the protocol's penalty rules. Liquid staking adds a receipt. Restaking adds more conditions under which the same stake can be penalised.
How they differ
Native: you delegate or run a validator. The exit and the slash are the protocol's. Liquid: someone else does that, and you hold a token that claims the position. That token can trade away from the stake. Restaking: the stake, or the receipt, is offered as security for another service. The extra figure is pay for extra ways to lose it.
What a rate does not mean
A percentage on a website is a snapshot of a formula, a fee, and a moment. It is not a yield Blockchain Lab offers. If you cannot name the lockup, the slash conditions, and who holds the keys, you do not have a position. You have a number.
