GitHub licence API reported Apache-2.0 on 2026-10-01. This is an implementation in the Interledger line, not the 2015 paper. Blockchain Lab has not audited this repository. A licence check is not a vulnerability scan, a dependency review, or a security audit.

Keep the Apache notice.

Reuse status

A permissive licence file was recorded. The reuse gates are unmet, so nothing from the repository is exported.

Rafiki has a permissive file on record. That is not a cleared export. Non-commercial or demo use does not remove the licence duty. When in doubt, link — do not copy.

Use

  • A payment-orchestration prototype across ledgers, after you understand connectors

Do not use for

  • A claim that money has settled legally
  • Custody of customer funds without a licence to do so

Risks

  • Connectors, liquidity and quotes are operational.
  • A packet is not legal settlement.

Reviews required

  • Who holds funds, in which jurisdiction, under what permission
