The pack is a decision record, not a repository.

The form downloads an E3 blueprint and an E3 manifest. Both are Blockchain Lab text. Neither file contains third-party source. E6 and above are refused.

  • Whether a blockchain is warranted.
  • Three architecture options and the recommended posture.
  • Components with licence tier and source URL.
  • A reference-only list for red and grey records.
  • Threats and questions.
  • Assurance gates, all unticked.

A software bill of materials would be produced from a lockfile a person owns, after a commit is pinned. The manifest says not_an_sbom: true and production_status: NOT_FOR_PRODUCTION. Read the export policy.
