A programmable system can concentrate failure. We design for that, and we write down the claims that are out of bounds.
Claims we will not make
Blockchain does not guarantee trust, legal validity, fraud elimination, liquidity, compliance or the accuracy of real-world data. A credential is not a licence. A token is not ownership unless the law and the contract say so.
Data
Sensitive KYB and KYC data is not stored on a public chain. Public forms on this site must not be used to send identity documents, account numbers or secrets.
Regulation
Where an activity is regulated — payments, custody, securities, insurance, credit — the venture uses an authorised party or does not do the activity. This website is not that authorisation.
Security practice
Keys, admin rights and upgrades are treated as product decisions. Assurance work names what can be lost. We do not sell a certification we do not hold.
